Copy results before links expire
Many APIs hand back results through links that expire. Alibaba Cloud's Wan link is valid for 24 hours; OpenAI's Sora download URLs last at most an hour after generation. From 3 source pages, read 2026-09-25; no maker pays to be listed.
A pipeline has to store the file itself, or lose it.
Record the prompt and settings beside the file when it is stored, so a take can be traced and redone.
Tools that keep finished work in the account, as SceneMixer does, still benefit from a local copy.
Check the file plays before the link lapses, not after.
