Runway runs a developer platform, Runway Dev, with a Dev MCP that connects Cursor, Claude Code or Codex to an account, and Node.js and Python SDKs that poll a task until it finishes. Its output URLs expire within 24 to 48 hours, so the documentation asks for results to be saved to your own storage. It names 1080p for Seedance 2.5 on the API; editing export and subtitle files are not covered.
