Inclusion rule. A tool is listed when its own documentation states what the question asks. Order. Tools in alphabetical order.

An expiring result makes storage the caller's job. The file has to be copied somewhere permanent before the window closes, or generated again at full cost.

The range is wide: from one hour to a month. A pipeline that waits for a weekly review cannot rely on the tool to keep the take.

LTX and Synthesia say their links expire without giving a time on the pages read.
