Match storage to the review cycle
How long a result stays available ranges from an hour to a month. Replicate removes API outputs after an hour by default, D-ID's links last 24 hours, Google keeps Veo videos two days and Kling AI clears results after 30. From 4 source pages, read 2026-09-25; no maker pays to be listed.
A review that takes a week will outlast most of these windows.
Copy every take to storage the team controls as soon as it finishes, before anyone watches it.
Store the prompt, the settings and the job ID beside the file, so a take can be traced and redone.
Delete deliberately rather than by expiry, so nothing disappears in the middle of a decision.

2A pipeline stage, described
Read against “Match storage to the review cycle”, this is how SceneMixer describes the matching stage of its own pipeline:
Voices are matched from a library of sampled preset voices, or supplied by you as an upload of your own audio.

The same way as a photographic one: the character is generated once as a reference sheet and that image is sent with every shot they are in, along with a couple of face-distinguishing notes. Shots refer to the character rather than re-describing their look.
